We provide nutritious daily meals to children in the Korogocho slums of Nairobi, directly addressing the challenges of child hunger, malnutrition, and food insecurity. Our school feeding program in Korogocho not only ensures that vulnerable children have access to healthy food but also improves school attendance, concentration, and academic performance. By tackling hunger and poverty at the grassroots level, Empowered Dreams Initiative is creating lasting impact in the lives of children and families across Korogocho and other informal settlements in Nairobi. 

 Our school feeding program in Korogocho slums, Nairobi, has provided nutritious meals to more than 3,000 children over the past two years. By addressing child hunger, malnutrition, and food insecurity in Nairobi’s informal settlements, we ensure that vulnerable children can focus on their education and personal growth without the barrier of hunger.

Through this program, we serve balanced meals that contribute to better health, school attendance, concentration, and academic performance. Parents in Korogocho have reported that their children are not only healthier but also more motivated to stay in school because they know a meal awaits them.

Our goal is to expand this initiative to reach even more children across Korogocho and other slum communities in Nairobi, reducing poverty-driven school dropouts and giving every child a fair chance at a brighter future. By tackling hunger at the grassroots level, we are building stronger, healthier, and more resilient communities.
